ProofHQ is a web based application that makes it easy to manage proofs, reviews and approvals of designs and documents. ProofHQ is designed so that any number of people can review a proof at the same time. As reviewers add comments you can see those comments appearing in real time on your screen. You can also reply to comments and start a conversation with other reviewers.
How It Works:
You can invite anyone with an email address and internet access to review a document. Each reviewer gets an email with a link to the proof. This makes it quick and easy to add reviewers to a proof, no need for complicated sign-up or management of your account. You can passcode protect the proof if you want to.
You can invite colleagues to join your ProofHQ account by adding them in your Org Profile page. Just click on Profile button in the top right of your screen.
You can make a “Decision” on a proof by clicking on the Decision button on the proof page. You can choose from the following options: Approved, Approved with Changes, Not Approved and Not Relevant.
Approval can be used in marketing, graphic design, production, printing, packaging, web design, industrial design, fashion, architecture, photography, public relations – in fact any organization that needs to get work proofed, reviewed and approved.
