Max 150 Characters. After that is all filled out, simply click post bid, when it asks you to confirm your bid, click OK.
If your were the winner of the project, and you have received a feedback from the project poster, you will then be able to rate the project poster and send them a feedback. Simply click on MY FEEDBACKS, click the feedback that was sent to you by the project poster, and then click ‘send this user a feedback’ . Thats it.
