How It Works:
For using Symbaloo without an account your browser needs to store cookies. In case your desktop is erased every time you visit Symbaloo your cookies may not be saved automatically. You can check this in your browser’s security preferences. An easier solution is to create a Symbaloo account by which you’ll have access to your Symbaloo desktop on any computer.
Symbaloo is still in a beta phase. Sometimes some parts of Symbaloo may not work correctly. Most of the times the solution to such a small error is to refresh the page by pressing the Refresh button of your browser.
With a fresh new installation of Internet Explorer 7 you need to change some settings in order to get Symbaloo search queries in a new tab instead of a new window. Go to Options, look for Tabs and click on Settings. Change the Pop-up setting: choose “Open pop-ups always in a new tab”.
