Geocommons takes Google maps and allows users to graph and chart particular data sets according to geographical location. For instance, if you’re interested in knowing how many windmills are in Holland, or if you want an idea of bottled water consumption within the inland Northwest, Geocommons provides the means to create an intelligent map that suits your needs. The site has ready access to a repository of high quality geodata which any one can use with a few simple clicks of their mouse.
