Apruve is a new startup that allows employees of companies of all sizes to spend safely online by tying all spending activity to a single credit card with customizable, online spending rules.
Users can shop online with any merchant offering Apruve as a checkout option. All receipts are filed online and no expense reports need to be filed or reconciled because the employee did not use their personal card or their corporate card.
How It Works:
When you’re ready to check out, click the Apruve button and log in using your Apruve username and password.
Once there, you will see your order and you can make a final decision to purchase the product or service. Once you approve your purchase, you will be redirected back to the merchant’s site to confirm checkout.
The paying member of your team should create an account. After this, they can add their credit card to that account, and then invite fellow employees or contractors to be linked into that team.
To add a member to your team, simply log in to Apruve and send them an invitation using their email address.
To remove a user from a team, just click the “remove” link next to their name. Sounds easier than managing a corporate card program, right? Only the cardholder for a team can add or remove employees on Apruve.
