Read Books First & Pay Later Only For The Pages That You Read

Now you can read books first and pay later only for the pages that you read.

It means that you need not to pay for the whole book.

Now you can download any book on your tablet or other reading device and access the portions of the books that you want to read and pay.

How is it possible?

Through TotalBoox.

What is TotalBoox?

Total Boox is bringing a new and very innovative model to the ebook space, based on removing all barriers to access and distribution, encouraging readers to try and explore, and charging them according to what they actually read.

This‘Read first — Pay later’ approach is sensitive to the user, it generates charges reflecting the actual value received by the consumer, and it provides important additional benefits to all.

In Company’s Own Words:

Total Boox is building a new platform for ebook distribution and consumption. A reader does not have to purchase a book upfront.

He downloads the book into his tablet device, and pays for the portion he actually reads, when he reads.

How It Works:

All you need to do is just download any book to your device. They keep tabs when you read, and charge you just for the pages you actually read. Portions you skip, or pages you flip through quickly are not charged.

You pay proportionally. If you read, in aggregate, 10% of the book, you pay 10% of the price. If you complete the whole book, you pay the full price. NOT more.

Its similar to the ‘Skype-out’ model. You create a balance, using credit card or PayPal. As you read they deduct the value of your reading from the balance. When your balance is low, they ask you to top it up.
