We have covered many location based service application earlier. Here comes another location based service (skyfer) into web world with bang. Using this android basedapplication, you can offer your skills and services, ask for help, and all this is real time from people nearby.
In simpler words, you can search people for help or offer your services, based on your current location in real time. It means, now, you don’t have to go far away for searching people, if you need any help ,just use this application, and it will connect you with right people at right time who are nearby you in real time.
Let me Explain:
Suppose, you gone for long drive in the night and your car has stopped, suddenly, due to some problem, just in the middle of road then what will you do? Will you search for mechanic or some other help? For handling this kind of situations, this application will come handy. How? Whether you are looking for help or offering your services, you need to create a message, so called skyfe, by selecting category, selecting type of the skyfe (request if you need help or service, or offer if you are selling your skills) and typing your message. While you may choose to hide or display your contact information, they recommend you to exercise caution. You will get contact information from responding to your skyfe user and will be able to contact him/her directly. On the other hand, when you receive a skyfe that interests you, you’ll need to “Accept” this skyfe thus sending your contact information to the originator of the skyfe.
The Skyfer mobile application uses the location services supported by the phone to get your location. As long as signed in, the phone periodically renews your location and allows you to receive skyfes from users nearby. You may choose to sign out, the phone will stop renewing your location and you will not receive skyfes.
