What’s in the name?

At job interview, one lady interviewer Lisa asked the candidate for giving his introduction.
Lisa: What is your name?
Candidate: Madam, my name is Mike.
Lisa: Got angry with this kind of reply and said,” don’t you know how to give full name introduction ?’
Mike: Yes, mam, My name is Mike, I’ve done Bachelors in Maths and worked in math’s department for four years.
Lisa: Getting more angrier and shouted. She went near to candidate and started giving her introduction. Saying” My name is Lisa Lye Sucks”.
Mike: Suddenly stand up and said ,”My name is Mike Fucks”.
