As we are witnessing the recessions of economy in whole world because of that many big companies are in dilemma about how to get rid of their non performing staffs.
Amit and Ankit were discussing the plan of how to cut off their staffs and reduce loss of their company.
Amit suggested’ Why not start giving each of our employees take at least a week off every three months.”
“And what you can get from this nonsense steps?” Ankit asked.
Amit laughed and said” In that way we can easily know without which employee we can work easily”.
