Record a narration in PowerPoint Presentation

If you are creating a presentation which will seen later by your colleagues or peoples then you can record a narration in PowerPoint 2007. For recording a narration in PowerPoint 2007, you just need a soundcard in your computer and one microphone will also be required.

Tips To Follow:

Firstly you open your presentation then select the first slide. Now just click on the Insert tab. >Now click on the Sound in media clips group.>Now click on Record Sound in its menu..

Now you will see the Record Sound dialog box >. Write the name you want to give the recording. >Now just click on Record Button.

Now just Record your narration for the first slide. > after finishing it> click on the Stop button.
Just click the Play button. If you want to hear your recording .

Check your narration by viewing the presentation as a slide show. Your recorded narration will play with the slide show.
